The amorphous strip cutting line developed and produced by our company is based on the new requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction in the power industry. It is designed for the high strength, high hardness, ultra-thin, multi-layer stacking of amorphous strips. It can realize the automatic production of amorphous strip unwinding, fixed length, shearing and palletizing.

The structural features are as follows:
u There are three sets of feeders, which are installed on the bottom platform and share a set of hydraulic system. The central shaft expansion is driven by the engineering cylinder, and the central shaft rotation is driven by the motor reducer and the chain.
u The cutting machine is mainly composed of cutting unit, frame, quantitative feeding system, hydraulic system and pneumatic system.
u The discharging system consists of a rack, a discharge clamp, a discharge ejection mechanism, a material support table, and a lifting and receiving mechanism. The discharge clamp is mounted on the table top of the rack.
u CNC system adopts Hubei Sanhuan Forging Equipment Co., Ltd. to independently develop CNC system: YSDTOUCH system.
